These terms explain how Quick CT delivery requests, payments, updates, and SMS messages work.

Registered brand name

These Terms & Conditions apply to the registered Brand name Quick CT, a local delivery service based in Stamford, Connecticut.

Use of service

By requesting a delivery, using a customer payment link, joining a membership, or using a partner portal, you agree to provide accurate information and use Quick CT only for lawful delivery requests within the supported service area.

Delivery requests

Customers and approved business partners are responsible for providing correct pickup details, drop-off details, customer contact information, package count, delivery type, and any special handling instructions. Quick CT may refuse or cancel requests that are unsafe, illegal, outside the service area, too large for the service, or missing required information.

Payments, tips, and memberships

Delivery fees, memberships, partner delivery charges, grocery service charges, and optional driver tips are shown during checkout when applicable. Tips are optional. A delivery may require payment before dispatch unless Quick CT has approved another payment arrangement or a valid promotion applies.

Cancellations and changes

Customers may request changes or cancellation before a driver has been assigned when the order flow allows it. After a driver is assigned or pickup has started, cancellation or refund availability may depend on the delivery status, payment status, and work already completed.

SMS Terms

By checking the SMS authorization box or otherwise opting in to texts from Quick CT, you agree to receive text messages from Quick CT about your order, including order received, confirmation, driver assignment, ETA, pickup, delivery, completion, cancellation, customer-service, and related delivery updates. Message frequency varies by order. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. You can reply HELP or contact Quick CT at (203) 434-0196 or info@quickct.com for help. SMS consent is not required to purchase Quick CT services.

Customer communications

Quick CT may contact you by phone, email, or text when needed to complete a delivery, confirm details, provide tracking information, resolve an issue, or respond to your message.

Limitation of service

Quick CT works to provide reliable local delivery, but delivery times may vary due to driver availability, traffic, store delays, weather, address issues, customer availability, or other conditions outside our control.
